Terms and Conditions (Player Agreement)

1. WannaBet's wagering systems are open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Only one account is allowed per household, shared computer or IP Address. If you do share a house or computer with friends, co-workers, spouse or otherwise, please contact Customer Service before depositing to make special arrangements.
3. A Player, by registering and opening an account with WannaBet for the purposes of wagering and using the services of WannaBet, acknowledges compliance with all rules herein and agrees to release WannaBet, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the use, acceptance or possession of any prize or for the use of any portion or the web site.
4. A Player's interest in WannaBet and the web site is personal and not professional: A Player's activity on the web site is solely for a Player's own personal entertainment. Any other activity, access, use or reuse of the web site by a Player, other than as expressly permitted in this agreement is strictly prohibited; A Player has the obligation each time he or she logs onto the web site to refer to the privacy policy and terms and conditions to identify any modifications.
5. A Player, fully understanding, agreeing to, and becoming a party to, shall abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein, and all such rules, regulations, terms and conditions as they may change from time to time.
6. WannaBet may modify the terms of this agreement at any time by posting such modification in the Player Agreement section of this web site. A Player's participation after such posting constitutes acceptance of the modifications. Any rules posted on the site are also deemed to have been read and agreed to by the Player when that Player next uses the site.
7. Account Searches and Inquiries. Any additional services requested by a client including, but not limited to, reports, account searches, or account inquiries other than the information available on the web statements, may be subject to an administration fee. This is to be determined on a per incident basis. This fee must be paid in advance, and is refundable if, in the event of a dispute, the evidence favors the Player.
8. WannaBet reserves the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of hardware/software error or malfunction. Players found abusing such errors/malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and/or winnings forfeited.
9. In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, WannaBet will not be liable to any person: for any obligation other than that for which is specifically provided for by these Rules and Regulations; for the failure of, or losses resulting from damage to, or destruction to WannaBet 's central computer system or records, or any part thereof; for the failure of, or losses resulting from damage to, or destruction to a Player's computer software or hardware; for delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or other data transmission system; for any delay resulting in non-receipt of any entry for a particular WannaBet game.
10. WannaBet will not be liable for any loss in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to loss occurring as a result of an Act of God, an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, an act of terrorism, the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent, and/or expropriation), fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out, or industrial action of any kind.
11. Wagers in WannaBet system (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, forged, altered or tampered with in any way; if mechanically or electronically reproduced; if obtained outside authorized legitimate channels; or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic transmission or any other errors.
12. In an effort to protect you from fraud, WannaBet or its holding companies, reserves the right to request additional information.
13. All information provided by a player must be accurate and verifiable. If you have provided false information or are unable or unwilling to provide documentation to confirm your information, your account may be terminated and all activity within the account considered invalid.
14. If any eCash deposit is uncollectible for any reason, funds generated from the deposit may be cancelled or reversed at the sole discretion of WannaBet. Please note: For security purposes, your bank account information must match the information supplied during your initial registration.
15. Any and all local taxes and fees applicable in connection with any payouts made to the Player are the sole responsibility of the Player. Furthermore, a Player accepts all responsibility for any wager placed from Player's confidential account whether placed by Player or not, provided the correct Account Number and Password are received by WannaBet. Specifically, the Player accepts all responsibility for any transactions placed on their Account by anyone else that received the confidential login information from the Player, whether voluntarily or otherwise.
16. A Player or group of players working together in any fashion, also known as a syndicate, (to receive either eCash winnings or Activity bonuses) may only have one WannaBet account in total, and any redundant accounts will be consolidated into the one account. An administration fee may be charged and payouts refused for each redundant account, at the discretion of WannaBet. All wagering transactions in redundant accounts are subject to reversal at the sole option of WannaBet. WannaBet also reserves the right to keep the principle of any wager placed in an attempt to defraud the house of any bonus monies, whether a party does this on their own or in collusion with other players. There is no obligation on behalf of WannaBet to warn players or syndicates of this other than as explained here in the Player Agreement.
17. If you lose your account privileges with WannaBet, due to misrepresentation, fraud or purchase disputes, WannaBet reserves the right to terminate your account and all transactions from the account in question may be immediately reversed at the sole discretion of WannaBet.
18. From time to time, WannaBet may run special promotions, contests, tournaments, and may establish rules and regulations governing the conduct of those promotions, contests, and tournaments. WannaBet or a third party shall post these rules on the Internet, and the Customer Service Representatives of WannaBet shall enforce the rules. Said promotions, contests, and tournaments may be cancelled or suspended at any time without notice by WannaBet. In the event of an error or omission in the printed rules of a particular promotion, contest, or tournament, the decision of WannaBet Management will be considered final and binding.
19. Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only. Professional players or players considered to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked and be subject to further sanctions, at the discretion of WannaBet management. Bonus abuse may be defined as (but not restricted to) clients cashing out for the purpose of re-depositing, or referring new accounts that they are using themselves. Sanctions may be in the form of increased rollover requirements or loss of bonus privileges altogether for the offending account as well as any linked accounts.
20. WannaBet will send weekly promotional materials via email such as newsletters & contest information. Players who sign up at WannaBet.com agree to receive these emails and if they wish to no longer continue to receive emails from WannaBet, they can simply click the "remove me" link at the bottom of every email sent. WannaBet complies with the Can-SPAM act of 2003 providing a full mailing address and providing a link within each mailer for a player to easily remove themselves from any future mailings.
21. WannaBet takes no responsibility for notifying winners other than to update the information available in the "My Account" summary statement
22. WannaBet reserves the right to refuse payment to anyone that is found to be party to any organized wagering syndicates dedicated to changing and manipulating the odds available at WannaBet.
23. WannaBet shall have the right to reject any wager or withdraw any game at its absolute discretion. WannaBet will not be liable for any loss whatever arising from the cancellation of any WannaBet game, including any realizable or perceived loss, for whatever reason, and/or the chance to participate in WannaBet Casino system. Furthermore, WannaBet reserves the right to terminate any account at any time without reason.
24. The player agrees that their account may be closed and account balances forfeited if such account has been dormant for over 13 months and the profile information for such account does not contain current or correct information, making it impossible for WannaBet to contact the player.
25. At WannaBet's option, a win may be subject to verification by an independent judging organization before any payment is made. Decisions of the judging organization are final, binding and conclusive in all matters. A player's sole remedy for any error or mistake by WannaBet in connection with a wager placed on WannaBet 's system shall be a replacement wager only.
26. All wagers in WannaBet 's system that result in a win ("wins") shall be paid in eCash. The Player agrees that all monies held in WannaBet Player account are denominated in the form of eCash. All Financial transactions with WannaBet are processed into eCash by one of its holding companies.
27. WannaBet will take any measures necessary to ensure that all robot software or programs designed to simulate real player play will be detected and prevented from being used in the WannaBet website. Any accounts associated with such activity will be subject to review and possible termination.
28. If at any time you have used a Credit Card to fund your WannaBet account, you will be required to complete and fax (Toll Free Fax 1.877.280.2724) a Credit Card Authorization Form and supporting documentation for each Credit Card used. Failure to submit the required documentation may result in denial of your deposit, and account closure.
29. If at any time you have used an InstantCheck to fund your WannaBet account, you will be required to complete and fax (Toll Free Fax 1.877.280.2724) an InstantCheck Authorization Form and supporting documentation for each bank account used. Failure to submit the required documentation may result in denial of your deposit, and account closure.
30. If for whatever reason your ACH and/or Credit Card deposit is returned and/or rejected, the amount of this deposit will be subtracted from your balance, and any winnings on your account since the transaction date will be rolled back.
31. When a deposit is made with a credit card, there is a 30 day waiting period, from the date of your last credit card deposit, before withdrawals can be processed from an account.
32. Winnings on any wagers associated with a rejected/invalid deposit, are null and void. The cleared/accepted deposit amount will be returned to the account balance.
33. Any deposits and/or winnings from players with delinquent accounts, will be confiscated. All delinquent transactions must be received in full, before the player is eligible for wagering. Per rule #2 (above), any attempts to register new accounts will be rejected, and/or new accounts will be closed and/or deposits and/or winnings confiscated.
34. If winnings have been derived from delinquent transaction(s), once it has been settled, only the original deposit amount will be available to wager. If funds have been wagered and lost from delinquent transaction(s), once it has been settled, the account will be reopened with a zero balance. NO winnings derived from a rejected/invalid deposit are valid.
35. WannaBet reserves the right to request proof that funds equal to or greater than the amount deposited via e-check reside in user's bank account on the date the deposit is made (NOT the date an attempt is made to debit funds from the bank account). All entered plays will be null and void if the bank account has NSF at the time the deposit is submitted and play has begun.
36. The use of anonymizers and proxy servers is 100% prohibited unless discussed with Management in advance. Accounts found to be using anonymizers and proxy servers to mask their identities may forfeit their winnings and have their accounts closed at the discretion of management.
37. Please note that inbound calls to and outbound calls from Customer Service may be recorded for training purposes and to ensure quality of service. Recorded calls may be used as a record of conversations.
38. For security measures, a combined limit of five transactions per day is the maximum allowed via InstantCheck and/or Credit Card deposits.
39. At the discretion of WannaBet Management, the ACH (instantCheck) payout method may be used to complete player withdrawal requests regardless of the method used to deposit.

BY OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH WannaBet, AND BY USING THE GAMING SYSTEMS OF WannaBet, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED ABOVE.

THE PLAYER AGREES THAT THEY HAVE VOLUNTARILY SOUGHT OUT AND ESTABLISHED CONTACT WITH WannaBet AND THIS WEB SITE. BY PLACING A WAGER WITH WannaBet, THE PLAYER AGREES THAT THEY ARE, FOR THE PURPOSES OF MAKING ANY WAGERING TRANSACTIONS, DEEMED TO COME TO COSTA RICA, THE JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE OF WannaBet, AND ARE ENTERING INTO TRANSACTIONS IN COSTA RICA UNDER THE LAWS OF COSTA RICA. THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS THE GOVERNMENT OF COSTA RICA, THE JURISDICTION THAT THE WAGERING TRANSACTION TAKES PLACE IN, AND NO LEGAL ACTION OF ANY NATURE CAN BE INITIATED IN ANY OTHER JURISDICTION SAVE THE JURISDICTION OF THE WAGERING TRANSACTION. THE PLAYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OBSERVING GAMBLING PROHIBITIONS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNTRY. WE REGRETFULLY ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT PLAYERS FROM COSTA RICA.
