Hoo Hey How is an old, East-Asian variant of the lottery dice game of Crown & Anchor. The game is very simple in nature as you are betting on the outcome of a roll of the dice. There are 3 dice and each side of the dice has a different picture that matches with those that are depicted on the game table. There are 6 pictures in total including a fish, shrimp, rooster, crab, bottle and a coin. If any of the dice match one or more of the pictures where you have bet, then you win.
